POD Management launches

The company is led by David Goldberg and backed by former Dragons Den star James Caan’s venture capital firm Hamilton Bradshaw and Faisal Butt’s Spire Ventures.The company aims to manage over 10,000 units in Greater London and key UK cities by 2022. Having secured funding, POD is now well capitalised to grow organically and through acquisitions.POD – ‘Point of Difference’, is designed to bring a unique approach to the property management business model.David Goldberg, CEO, said, “POD is set to transform the way the property management world operates.
